Taking a walk in the park sounds wonderful right? But due to the hot weather, it is a pain just to go outside and take a walk. It’s a good thing that I bought sun umbrellas a few days ago, now is the perfect time to use it. I took my dog Sarah and we headed towards the park. Even on hot summer days the park has a lot of people. Some were just lying on the grass and having a picnic, other’s playing outdoor games like volleyball and badminton. It is quite relaxing to see people with smiles on their faces. Somehow I felt relieved that I went to the park to take a walk.

After a few minutes of walking I noticed a few retractable canopies have been added on a few areas of the park. Probably to help people find a place to relax and take a shade from the heat. It is nice to know that our park is under constant development. It is quite re-assuring that our community leaders have our best interest at heart. It only shows that they are dedicated in their line of work. With my little adventure over, I went back home in high spirits.
