All over the country, we have heard of companies closing down.  Unemployment has risen each month.  For companies wherein all the information are stored in the computer, upgrading is done if possible very year.  In this way, we are assured that business continuity is smooth and there is no unexpected error during the operations.

As the Budget Officer of the Purchasing Department, I was faced with a plight on how to upgrade our network IT infrastructure especially with the storage system.  While I was browsing in the web one night, I came across with the site of IBM SAN systems.  We were already using the system ever since the company started.

As I continued to browse, I checked that they offer trade in of used SAN systems and used IBM Storage systems.  That solved my dilemma.  I then contacted the store/dealer and was able to be provided with different options of the latest networking solution devices and equipment.  I was able to upgrade at the same time save the company from spending more which we did not need in this global crisis right now.
