I was rather proud of my daughter and her husband, when they took care of setting up term life insurance for themselves, shortly after their daughter was born. I had never discussed anything like that with her and am not sure if she knew that her mother and I got term life insurance shortly after she was born. It is never too early to start planning for your children’s future.

Now, that our term life insurance has expired, my wife and I have switched to a no medical life insurance policy which will cover us for the rest of our lives, as long as we pay our premiums. I have informed my daughter of the no medical policies that are out there, that they may want to look into after their term life insurance policy expires.
